Terms & Conditions Public tours

1. Customers needs to have a minimum age of 18 years old and they don’t show up intoxicated.
2. Cancellation Policy: 
   – If you cancel until 48h prior to the tour, a full refund is provided.
   – If you cancel within 48h prior to the tour, there is no refund provided.
3. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after Last Minute reservation (from 48 hours before departure time) if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Terms & Conditions Private tours

1. Beersecret will commit for every ordered booking. Every activity of Beersecret is named a ‘tour’. 
   The confirmation of a booking is valid after the payment is made. (applicable to a B2C client) 
   The confirmation of a booking is valid after accepting the offer. Then, BeerSecret will send the requested invoice to the client. (applicable to a B2B client) 
2. Pricing: if no VAT mentioned, the pricing is VAT included.
3. For all bookings made online, you’ll receive a receipt right after booking. If an invoice is required, please contact BeerSecret in advance.
4. All our customised tour offers are valid for 30 calendar days or until the day that the offer retains available. 
5. A client needs to notify Beersecret in case of a delay of departure, followed by the instructions of the presented guide. If a client does not show up in the first 30 minutes after the departure time, there is no refund. 
6. Customers needs to have a minimum age of 18 years old. In case of doubts, the guide has the right to ask an ID card of the client. 
7. Customers don’t show up intoxicated by alcohol. If during the tour, some persons seem to be intoxicated, BeerSecret has the right to terminate the tour to ensure the safety of staff, passengers or equipment.
8. In case of a different final number of participants than agreed when booking, the client is asked to notify BeerSecret until 5 workdays prior to the tour
   – Beer & Brewery Tours: for groups up to 15 people a change of max 2 people is allowed and for groups starting from 16 people a change of max 5 people is allowed. Customised agreements can be negotiated.
   – Beer Boats: for groups up to 30 people a change of max 10 people is allowed – keep in mind that the min number of people start from 15 people, unless otherwise stated in the quotation. For lager groups, customised agreements can be negotiated, but must be agreed before the final confirmation.
   • Every modification needs to be requested in writing.
   • Absences on the day of the tour will not be deducted.  
   • In case of more people than booked, this amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.
9. If non-alcoholic beverages needs to be provided, we ask the client to inform us one day before the travel date
10. BeerSecret is not liable for any theft or loss of your personal belongings, nor any way of damages during the tour. Any dispute needs to be agreed with one of the partner locations.  
11. BeerSecret has the right to refuse service to anyone and can terminate the tour for any reason to protect the safety of the passengers, our staff or equipment. 
12. The client is free to ask BeerSecret to receive no longer any e-mails with actions, or anything similar. BeerSecret will erase his contact in between the first month.

Cancellation Policy Private tours: 

For any cancellation, the following regulation is applicable: 

– No charge if a client cancels or modify the tour date until up to 21 calendar days prior to the tour for bookings with a total price lower than € 1000 incl. VAT
– charge 30% of the total price if a client cancels or modify the tour date until up to 21 calendar days prior to the tour for bookings with a total price starting from € 1000 incl. VAT
– charge 30% of the total price if a client cancels or modify the tour date within 21 calendar days prior to the tour for bookings with a total price lower than € 1000 incl. VAT
– charge 50% of the total price if a client cancels or modify the tour date within 14 calendar days prior to the tour (for all bookings)
– charge 100% of the total price if a client cancels or modify the tour date within 48 hours prior to the tour (for all bookings)

BeerSecret has the right to cancel the tour: 

– BeerSecret gives guarantee to their clients to avoid as much as possible any cancellation  
– in case of a force majeur In both cases an alternative or full refund will be offered. 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

3 days after invoice date (travel date: within 14 days)

14 days after invoice date (travel date within 40 days)

30 days after invoice date (travel date after 40 days)

In case of disputes, only the courts of the judicial district of Ghent are competent.
