Kick off your journey at 10:00 AM with a personalized tour of Brouwerij Huyghe. Here, you’ll learn the art of brewing and taste the legendary “Pink Elephant” straight from the tank. Discover how the brewery has been crafting unique beers for over 400 years, using traditional methods combined with modern technology. You’ll also explore the barrel room, where various beers age in wooden casks, imparting distinct flavors.
2. Local Flavors
At around 12:45 PM, indulge in a shared Waterzooi, a classic Ghent dish made with chicken or fish and fresh vegetables, paired with local cheeses 🧀. Each cheese is carefully selected to complement your beer experience, allowing you to savor the subtle nuances of both food and drink. Finish your meal with craft liqueurs that highlight regional flavors, offering a unique twist to your tasting journey.
3. Scenic Exploration
