Terms & Conditions Shared tours BeerSecret

  1. Customers needs to have a minimum age of 18 years old and they don’t show up drunk.
  2. Annuleringsvoorwaarden: 
    – If you cancel until 48h prior to the tour, there is no cancellation fee.
    – If you cancel within 48h prior to the tour, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
  3. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after Last Minute reservation (from 48hours before departure time) if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Terms & Conditions Private tours BeerSecret

Every booking which is made by the client, has approved the terms and conditions of BeerSecret.

  1. Beersecret will commit for every ordered booking. Every activity of Beersecret is named a ‘tour’. The confirmation of a booking is valid from there has been the first payment.
  2. All prices mentioned are exempt from VAT. (so no VAT included) If an invoice is required, the client needs to request an invoice while booking. BeerSecret will provide the client with an invoice within 2 workdays after the date of the tour.
  3. Al onze op maat gemaakte reisaanbiedingen zijn geldig voor 30 kalenderdagen of totdat de aanbieding beschikbaar blijft.
  4. Een klant dient Beersecret op de hoogte te stellen in geval van vertraging bij het vertrek en de instructies van de aanwezige gids op te volgen. Als een klant niet binnen de eerste 30 minuten na de vertrektijd verschijnt, vindt er geen restitutie plaats.
  5. Klanten moeten minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn. Bij twijfel heeft de gids het recht om om een identiteitsbewijs van de klant te vragen.
  6. For any modification of dates, the following regulation is applicable:
  7. request until 14 calendar days prior to the tour, BeerSecret will confirm together with the client a new date
  8. request within 14 calendar days prior to the tour, BeerSecret will confirm together with the client a new date. Additional to the cost, there will be 25% extra charged.[1] 
  9. for both cases, the client will be charged 100% of the total cost, if there is no confirmation of a new date in between the first 14 calendar days after the original date
  10. for both cases, the client will not be able to cancel a modified tour. In case of the client asks for cancellation, he will be charged 100% of the total cost
  11. In case of different final numbers of people than agreed when booking, the client is asked to notify BeerSecret until 48 hours prior to the tour. If not, the agreed rate will be send for payment.
  12. every modification needs to be requested in writing
  13. In case of absences on the day of the tour will not be deducted
  14.  In case of more numbers of people than booked, this rate will be asked to pay cash by arrival.
  1. BeerSecret is niet aansprakelijk voor diefstal of verlies van uw persoonlijke bezittingen, noch voor enige vorm van schade tijdens de tour. Elk geschil dient te worden overeengekomen met een van de partnerlocaties. 
  2. BeerSecret behoudt zich het recht voor om diensten te weigeren aan iedereen en de tour om welke reden dan ook te beëindigen om de veiligheid van de passagiers, ons personeel of materieel te beschermen.
  3. De klant is vrij om BeerSecret te vragen geen e-mails met acties of iets dergelijks meer te ontvangen. BeerSecret zal zijn contactgegevens binnen de eerste maand verwijderen.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden:
Voor elke annulering geldt de volgende regeling:
– No charge if a client cancels until up 14 calendar days prior to the tour (for small groups up to 15 people)
– charge 30% of the total price if a client cancels until up 14 calendar days prior to the tour (groups from 16 people)
– charge 50% of the total price if a client cancels within 14 calendar days prior to the tour
– charge 100% of the total price if a client cancels within 48 hours prior to the tour

BeerSecret heeft het recht om de tour te annuleren:
BeerSecret geeft haar klanten de garantie om annuleringen zoveel mogelijk te vermijden 
– in case of a force majeur

In both cases an alternative or full refund will be offered.
