Uw gezondheid is onze hoogste prioriteit en we hebben speciale maatregelen getroffen om alle gasten zowel tijdens als na uw activiteit veilig te houden.
- Kleine groepen:
For our shared tours: where you meet new people. We’ll only allowed a number of max 10 persons per tour.
- Strikte reiniging:
We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour. Your guide will provide an alcohol-based hand sanitizer during the tour. The guides will wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds for every new beer consumption. So allow your guide to leave for this prompt safety reason.
- Sociale Afstand
The guide is required to wear a face mask. Visitors need to take a face mask with them to use it in places where it’s mandatory. Any crowded places will be avoided which can influence the itinerary.
Bij onze gedeelde tours - waarbij u nieuwe mensen ontmoet - moet de 1,5 meter afstand in acht worden genomen ten opzichte van personen buiten uw eigen “bubbel”.
- Welzijnscontroles
Vanaf het moment dat uw gids een van de symptomen vertoont, wordt uw tour geannuleerd om de veiligheid van alle bezoekers te waarborgen. Als u of iemand in uw groep symptomen vertoont, zullen we rechtstreeks met u samenwerken om uw tour te annuleren of te verzetten.
