For all bookings that have to be cancelled due to Covid-19, we guarantee a 100% refund.
Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.
- Small groups:
For our shared tours: where you meet new people. We’ll only allowed a number of max 15 persons per tour.
- Strict cleaning:
Each location provides an alcohol-based hand sanitizer during the tour so we ask the clients to use them. Liselot or another guide will desinfect their hands for every new beer consumption.
- Social Distancing :
Liselot will follow the conditions of the social distance. Visitors need to take a face mask with them to use it in places where it’s mandatory. Any crowded places will be avoided which can influence the itinerary.
For our shared tours -where you meet new people – The social distancing of 1.5M away need to be respected for people outside their own “bubble”.
- Wellness Checks
From the moment, your guide has one of the symptoms, your tour will be canceled to ensure safety to all visitors. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
