The name is linked to the local football team of Saint Gilles (a southern neighborhood of Brussels) the Union Saint Gilloise. Set on the main square of Saint Gilles, the Parvis de Saint Gilles, it tends to be usually full of locals, enjoying a local beer. Those owners gather a portfolio of only excellence beers, mostly even just craft. A bunch of beers from tap next to special editions brewed in bottle. Feel like playing a board game when sipping one of their Belgian brews? Just do it: This bar is decorated with a whole wall of games so that you don\u2019t have any excuse to be bored when the chit chat gossips has come to an end.
